Maintenance performed using an Ultra Vac Dual Filtration Portable Cart. This allows us to filter any pool debris through the built in filtration system....and not through your pool system.
We also use the very best on site lab quality water testing equipment for precise and accurate test results.

FULL POOL INSPECTION
Full Pool Inspection - $400.00 plus HST.
There are a lot of reasons some people require pool inspections, the main reason is for home buyers who want to better understand the condition of the pool before they purchase the house which can be quite overwhelming as you don't want to take on a new house and a pool that's falling apart behind the scenes.
First we complete a full inspection starting with the pool liner looking for fading, tears, excessive wrinkling, prior repairs, and look for loose connections at the coping. We also make notes of the condition of the coping and deck surround to make sure you are well aware if there are any upcoming repairs that are needed.
A lot of issues that go unnoticed can be underground, we perform a full pressure test to make sure there are no leaks and problems with the plumbing. This leads us to doing a full inspection of all the equipment to make sure everything is up to par with electrical and gas connections, and meet the required standard in Ontario. We inspect each and every piece of equipment to make sure everything is in working order and you and your family can enjoy your new pool problem free for years to come.
This is not a job for a home inspector as they are not well versed in the operation of a pool. If you are concerned with the condition of a pool its best to leave this one to the experts.
